Research Interests

My research focus is on developing practical energy management solutions for the smart grid. This has resulted in my exploration of different fields ranging from investigation of anthropological impact on energy consumption to planning and scheduling algorithms for optimal planning of usage. I group my current research into three broad streams: Prosumer modeling, Demand side management algorithms and ancillary services such as simulation and data management.
